Our business areas:
We specialize in international company formations for mini-SMEs up to medium-sized companies and serve companies in Asia, overseas, and in European “tax havens.” We develop strategies, plan and execute start-ups, restructurings, headquarters relocations, and the implementation of corporate structures. The goal is always to optimize internal and external financial flows in order to keep the tax burden to an absolute minimum and thus maximize cash flow. We keep an eye on the cost structure to enable the company to recoup its investment within the first 12 months.
